Martin,

Basically, when a user opts out, they're graph will be removed from the "public" view of the exchange members.

The aggregate graph will show the total bandwidth of the exchange, but not bandwidth specific to any member in particular.  

This was a quick summary of what we came up with during the list discussion a little while ago.
