To be honest initially the idea behind micelg.usinternet.com was not even for a cacti type page but started to be an actual looking glass router/bgp view but I think Jeremy or somebody was donating a router for that purpose but the name just kind of stuck around anyways... memory is kind of fuzzy on those details for that far in the past though. The URL is not really significant on the actual web server.
