I would expect everyone has moved to the new address space by now and probably just didn't remove the secondary IP addresses. We would like use this space for other purposes now that everyone should be migrated, but don't want to have routing issues for anyone with it still configured. Listed below are the IP addresses and corresponding MAC addresses still showing up when I check the ARP table (our side has 69.147.218.10 configured).
