Yes, it looks like the link is         near maximum capacity and the State of MN link is using 6.5Gbps         on the inbound side alone. Hopefully this can be resolved before         peak hours tonight, or some of us will be forced to turn down         peering until the congestion is alleviated to avoid customer         issues.

I see Netflix is ramping up, and the link to the CNS switch is getting close to saturating.  The University may need to move to the main switch soon to alleviate the link.
