Northern Lights GigaPOP has its second 10G online as of about 15:00 this
afternoon. There was a dirty jumper causing issues, both Cologix and I
did some fiber cleaning and we whacked that mole. :)

As of about 17:30, I started to restore the announcement of the
GigaPOP's routes to Google. I'll restore more and more of our routes to
Google slowly over the next day or two to make sure we don't max out the
second 10G also.

Thanks.
