I would like an update on our Juniper service contract. I know when Anthony had some switch issues, he was looking for the information from Mankato Networks so he could contact Juniper, and I am not sure if he ever got it or not. Either way, I would like to make sure the service contract info is available to all of the people who have access to the switches.

I’d also like to see on the agenda a discussion point on a secondary site for the exchange with the possibility of DataBank and other data center/co-location service providers to call into the bridge to discuss what they would be willing to donate to the exchange.

I’m going to try and attend in person, but if not, will definitely participate remotely.
Few things I’d like to see on the agenda:
- BGP communities on route-servers (need to formalize these, get them posted to website, and add proper action communities)
- maintenance procedure discussion (advance notice, notifications, perhaps some sort of approval of major changes by the SC, etc)
I’d tend to agree with Frank’s earlier suggestion of 5 days notice, and a “fixed” weekly/bi-weekly window where things happen.
