We sent a quote to the board members for support renewal on 10/27 and never heard anything back. Support has expired on the switches but can be be brought back under support - typically for a pro-rated cost. I'll get the new cost and we'll send it again. As for a request for support information - neither Levi or myself received any such request. We'll be more than happy to supply it to whomever needs it - just let me know who.
