One thing that should probably be on the agenda is what we want our vision for MICE to be.  I say this since it applies to how we respond to many of the other topics.  If we build things to avoid cross connects, then members will probably demand reliability, which would take us towards having some staff, and away from optional port fees.  If we build it as a best effort, we can continue to run lean

Understood. It does make sense to standby momentarily to determine criteria for extending the exchange first before reaching out to data center service providers.
