Sometime between 3:00AM CDT and 7:00AM CDT during the morning of
3/12/2015, Centurylink will be doing system maintenance, upgrading
their equipment handling MOE service.

Only MOE service (dedicated high-speed internet over optical fiber)
will be affected and no other services here will be impacted.

The outage will be a 3-5 minute reboot of their hardware after they
have upgraded it. All services should restore after the switch comes
back online and passes traffic.

This will affect all MOE customers, as our switch handoff will be one
of the ones having maintenance, and potentially, some MOE customers
(mostly those in downtown Minneapolis) may have two 3-5 minute outages
as their switch is upgraded as well (or just the one if they happen to
be on the same one as our handoff).

We anticipate no problems, this has been routine maintenance for them
for several years.

If you still have any problems or questions please let us know at
[log in to unmask], or call us up at 612-337-6340.

Thank you.
