On 6 May, 2015, starting at 10:00AM and lasting until approximately 2:00PM CDT,
ipHouse will be grooming DSL customers and consolidating DSL trunk circuits.

This will affect roughly 40% of our DSL customer base, where you may lose
connectivity for roughly 20 seconds sometime during the window while your
circuit is picked up and placed on a new OC3c DSL trunk, and your DSL
router will then reconnect and log back in.

Those that are affected are currently on the 'c7200-2.mpls' and 'c7200-3.mpls'
routers, and if you show those names in a traceroute, you will be affected
by this outage. Those on c7200-1.mpls will not be transitioned.

CenturyLink will only do cuts like this on M-F, 7AM-7PM type basis, so this was
the least intrusive window within those constraints.

If your circuit does not restore, you may have to unplug and plug back in your
DSL modem to get it to talk again.

If you still have any problems or questions please let us know at
[log in to unmask], or call us up at 612-337-6340.

Thank you.
