To the best of my knowledge, the list is always open for comments.
What we might be seeing…. or not seeing is a summer vacation mode for folks??

I just sat down to write it and all kinds of issues popped up.

Someone should map this to bylaws requirements to be sure we can do everything that it says in the proxy e.g. assign to the rep, direct the vote, etc.
