Our traffic (AS57) to CloudFlare dropped significantly around midnight 
last night.  I reset our BGP peering with them and traffic has recovered 
nicely back to what it should be at this time of night.  I mentioning it 
here, in case something similar happened to anyone else, and you might 
want to poke your BGP session with them.
