Anyone else seeing email delayed sending to the Thomson-Reuter data center in Eagan, MN? We see email queued up for several domains that TR hosts, we see 70 to 85% TCP port 25 "packet" loss. The MX records for all those law/accounting sites point to 167.68.16.17 and 167.68.17.17. There is some delivery, but mostly not. Regards, Frank
