> On 4/30/2016 around 11:40AM CDT, our monitoring alerted to us that
> one of our storage systems, zebi3 and all the virtual machines attached

Its is still unknown why the failover from primary controller to
backup controller didn't take place quickly, but eventually the	primary
controller seems to have kernel	panic'd, releasing the failover	to the	
backup controller and services are being restored to all the VMs
that were affected.

We have engineers looking over all affected VMs	making sure they are
operating correctly.

This should restore all	services for all services, and now we will be
complaining up to storage vendor that their stuff needs to behave
better.
