On the morning of Oct 13th, 2016, the SSL vendor we primarily use (as well as many other companies around the Internet) accidently listed one of their intermediary certs on a revocation list that is dynamically updated & accessed by users' machines directly. We use a GlobalSign SSL cert for many of our web services, ie. our main webpage, our control panel ipMom, both inbound and outbound mailservers, and other services. The accidental listing has been removed, but unfortunately this data can be cached up to 4 days on each individual computer if you happened to try connecting while this was listed. When you visit or try to use some of our services, you may get a message about the certificate has been revoked or other errors. This information is wrong and due to the bad inclusion of the intermediary cert by GlobalSign. If you are encountering this issue, there is a support page up at https://support.globalsign.com/customer/portal/articles/1353318-view-and-or-delete-crl-ocsp-cache that details steps to clear the cache for Windows and Mac OS machines. We are working on a permament fix for this issue, and are waiting for GlobalSign to issue new non-contaminated certs for our services.
