Thank you Dave very generous of you to offer up a facility for this training.

Hank,

Do you have any dates in mind?  It would be great if we can confirm a date & location sometime this week.

If you can send me a few options for dates I’ll work with our training team and Dave Farmer on the final location.

David-

Full day event is what they usually are. Engineering led labs and as mentioned vEOS on the laptop. Some slides too. We would be glad to use the facility and we can pick up the food and beverages.

What we need is a day that would work for everyone. I will let Corey or Teren chime in with any other specifics…

Are you thinking a half day or full day event? We have a large room here at 2218 University SE where we could seat 20 - 30 in classroom mode and there is a larger room across the street in 2221 University SE that can do 50 or more.  I'll bet I can cover coffee and break snacks and there are lots of options for lunch around here or someone else could sponsor the catering for lunch.  Participants would need to pay for their parking or take the light rail over, we're less than a block from the Stadium Village Green Line stop.

Let me know what you think.

As part of the new switching fabric, Arista has offered complementary
training sessions. The training will be hands on in a virtual
environment. Each student would need to provide a laptop.

Does anyone have a venue where we could hold Arista training sessions?
We would need space for about 20 students with laptops and excellent
wifi.

The sessions will be open to all members.
