They seem to have a lot of things to figure out, according to HE they haven't been seen on the Internet since June 10th, and Cloudflare says their server is offline. http://bgp.he.net/AS135886#_asinfo https://www.introvex.net/ I included them in this list because they don't seem to be live on the Internet at all. There were several other networks new to MICE that aren't live on the IX yet, but I see them on the Internet. So I'm patiently waiting to see them on MICE. However, I wasn't sure what to think about these guys, I'll be patient a while longer then.
