On 7/27/2018 at 12:12PM CDT, the storage subsystem supporting many of
our virtual machine hostings for VMforge and other clusters had	a
spanning-tree flap across both the redundant storage switches in our network.

This should not	have been possible to happen in our configuration.

This caused some disk instability for a	handful of virtual
machines. Most recovered fine, but a couple have not.

We are going through and bringing those	remaining few back online as
we find them.

We will also be	opening	a ticket with our network vendor to see	what
happened, and how this could have happened in the current setup that
is setup in a way that it shouldn't have happened.

We'll be monitoring everything as we normally do. If you have any
questions please let us know at [log in to unmask]

Thank you.
