I have noticed that Google has had me redirected to their cache on The Kansas City Internet Exchange most of the day.

FYI, we saw our BGP session drop with AS36040 several times today:

12:08:46 to 12:08:51 pm
2:01 to 2:02 pm
~4:02 to ~4:04 pm
~7:36 to ~7:38 pm

Graphs show some serious stability issues:
