And a bit more detail in my case,

“… the Neutral Path Cabinet lost power from the Data Center due to the A and B breakers being tripped. [Redacted Zayo employee name] worked with the Data Center in order to restore power and we confirmed the span is back up.”

 

I’ve asked how it is that both A and B power tripped.

Latest update from Zayo:  Technician found the tripped breaker which was causing the our device to be power down. We have tripped it back and your service should be up and running. Please confirm your circuit status.

Jeremy received an update on this ticket, “Update: We have an outage on our end on Neutral path network. We are in process of dispatching a technician at this time. We will advise with an update soon.”

 

And he also received info that indicates the issue is on the Cologix side of the link.

Zayo is having an issue.  I have a ticket open with them, however have not gotten an update yet.
