It is Arvig fiber. The road was washed out in at least three locations,
with no available culverts or other options to push the fiber across the
road in order to get the fiber repaired last night. The conditions were
unsafe so we prepped as much as we could before dark and resumed splicing
as soon as possible this morning. We are sorry for the impact, but needed
to consider the safety of our crews on this one.
