We’ve also had quite fruitless discussions with Zayo regarding their poor management of the former Neutral Path properties. Very disappointed in the service they are providing.

Our circuit is back up now. I’ll be calling our rep on Monday to discuss the abysmal service we have bene receiving from Zayo since they bought Neutral Path. Easily one of the worst tech support experiences in recent memory.

If its the same outage affecting one of our circuits, then it was a contractor that hit fiber in Omaha.
