Same trouble with them at their Rochester datacenter. They're trying to raise rates over 30% on us for colocation. Also quoting 30 days for cross connects.

Very poor service and company overall. They are total bullies on the billing side of things.

I already have one of those calls scheduled with my Zayo rep for Tuesday afternoon.  It will probably end like all of the others where they make promises, and then do nothing.

Our circuit is back up now.  I’ll be calling our rep on Monday to discuss the abysmal service we have bene receiving from Zayo since they bought Neutral Path.  Easily one of the worst tech support experiences in recent memory.

If its the same outage affecting one of our circuits, then it was a contractor that hit fiber in Omaha.
