Nevermind. It appears it's Akamai going from 100G to 4x100G and their traffic graphs are private so we can't see their traffic increases.

One of the networks on MICE just recently completed half of their upgrade, and it has caused many others to come near capacity on their links.  I would suggest that everyone take a look at their link capacity since traffic will continue to increase after the second half of the upgrade completes.
