Yes, the last time they had a failure in Minneapolis it took them just shy of 2 weeks to get back online.

I am pretty new to the CloudFlare peering.  Anyone else go through the “Re-routed” scenario before?  Will it eventually become “Operational”?

If you check Cloudflare’s status page you will see Minneapolis is in “Re-routed” state.
