There's a single switch at Ridgeview. The SFN switch is in Albert Lea.

I added the core link between Ridgeview and 511 to ixp_mgr graphing yesterday.

I believe that remote switch traffic doesn't count in switch total
traffic as they are classified as "core" links in ixp manager.

SFN has an uplink to MN VoIP and an uplink to the new Ridgeview switch
to our Albert Lea location. We're removing the link between the SFN
Albert Lea remote and MN VoIP. We have one remaining member using the
MN VoIP uplink (WCTA). That's scheduled to move on 8/8.
