I am hitting a consistent 10.5Mbps during the pre-game and can confirm a drastic drop in throughput during commercials. I have a 4K firestick with non-4K TV and 100Mb symmetrical service.

The last time I cared about this level of detail is when I had DSL to my
house, as was trying get every last drop of bandwidth I could get.
