How to Search the Archives

This interface allows you to search the archives of multiple lists at the same time.

• Check the boxes next to the lists that you want to search.
• Enter the search term in the "String" field.
• If you want the search term to be found if it is a substring inside a word, check the "Substring" box.
• Click on the "Search" button.

If you entered a search string, two new tables are displayed. The upper table shows a summary of all the hits. The lower table shows, for each message, the context where the search string was found. The search string is shown in bold. Click on an item number in either search result table to see the corresponding message.
