At 15:01 CDT today, Qwest's SONET services to ipHouse stopped
giving us any signal what-so-ever.
We have many services through this SONET system for DSL and T1
customers that are all down right now.
Even though SONET is built totally redundantly with seperate loops
in and out of the building, something has happened to bring down
all DSL and T1 customers through the Qwest system.
We're working with Qwest to restore services as quickly as possible
and will followup when we know more.
