FWIW: They lost link at the switch at 8:21:16AM CST today, and 
restored around 11:42AM CST today. We (ipHouse) are talking BGP with
them, and everything restored right then too. 

I don't know how they connect up to the main MICE switch, but that is
probably where they have to start looking.
