The timing suggested a maintenance window, just that it wasn't communicated.

Zayo was in our DC Tuesday afternoon.  They were working their way north from Omaha testing fibers and verifying connections in effort to finalize turn up of their new transport equipment.  I would imagine the outage might be related to that project, but cannot say with certainty.
