Which reminds me of the Minnesota Legislature's use of the .mn TLD, 
which is for Mongolia.  For example, their email addresses are listed as 
[log in to unmask]  See https://www.house.leg.state.mn.us/members/list for 
examples.  I notice the Wikipedia article for .mn also mentions this 
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.mn).
