Although I don't have as many contacts as many other group 
members I know quite a few people in the ILEC community and 
might be able to evangelize the MICE case in those circles.

We (NU-Telecom and Broad Band Visions) are still working 
through our options to get connected to MICE, so I'm not 
in a position to nominate or vote yet... not sure if that's 
a sticking point.

We need volunteers and nominations to fill vacant steering committee
slot! They are due in on Friday of this week.

The steering committee meets about once every two months in
Minneapolis. The workload isn't huge and it's a great way to help the
community.
