It shouldn't be anymore as I had the cap "fixed" and adjusted to the
expected amount. If it's still an issue, I haven't heard it so let me know.

With respect to settled numbers, we're settled. Our system reacts to changes
typically within 48 hours. We usually see more use when things get more
local for a variety of reasons.
