Yes, everything in the premise is exactly the same. The whole "fiber"
is how the DSLAMs are fed. Instead of a mix of Fiber OC3/IMUX-T1 &
whatever else out in the field, now the DSLAMs are fed by fiber
ethernet, and uses the same copper plant from the remote DSLAM as the
traditional ADSL product that everybody knows. Uses the same router as
the CPE, as Qwest has been shipping ADSL2 capable CPE's for some time,
so the ActionTec M1000's, and Motorola/Netopia one that I can't
remember the model on.
